Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or connecting a YouTube channel, Instagram account, or Facebook Page to ReplyzHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What ReplyzHub does

ReplyzHub reads comments on videos, posts, or reels on a YouTube channel, Instagram account, or Facebook Page you connect, uses AI to draft replies based on rules you write, and, with your approval, or automatically for rules you mark as auto-post, posts those replies on your behalf via the YouTube Data API or the Meta Graph API (Instagram/Facebook).

3. Your account & channel

• You must own, or have authorization to manage, any YouTube channel, Instagram account, or Facebook Page you connect.
• You are responsible for the rules you create and the replies posted using them, including replies posted automatically under auto-post mode.
• You may disconnect a connected channel/account or delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReplyzHub to:

• Post spam, misleading, harassing, or illegal content as replies.
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Meta's Platform Terms, or the respective platforms' Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook through ReplyzHub.

5. Plans & billing

ReplyzHub offers a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. AI-generated replies

Replies are drafted by an AI model based on the rules you provide. While we aim for natural, accurate replies, you are responsible for reviewing your rules and, in approval mode, the replies before they post. We are not liable for the content of replies posted under auto-post mode that you have configured.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep ReplyzHub available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depending on third-party APIs (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, our AI provider) may be affected by outages or changes outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

ReplyzHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReplyzHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
