Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

ReplyzHub ("we", "us") lets a YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook Page owner connect their channel or account and automatically reply to viewer comments. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ReplyzHub, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: when you sign up, we store your name and email address.
  • YouTube data: when you connect a channel, we access your channel's basic information (channel name and ID), the comments on your videos, and we post replies to those comments on your behalf, using only the permissions you explicitly grant during Google sign-in.
  • Instagram & Facebook data: when you connect an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page, we access your account's basic information (name and ID), the comments on your posts, and we post replies to those comments on your behalf, using only the permissions you explicitly grant during the Meta connection flow.
  • Your reply rules: the plain-language rules you write (e.g. "when people ask about pricing, reply with…") are stored so the service can use them to match and draft replies.
  • Comment & reply content: we store the text of comments we've processed and the reply drafted for each, so you can review them in your approval queue.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above solely to operate ReplyzHub:

  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To read comments on videos, posts, or reels on your connected channel or account.
  • To generate a draft reply for each comment, using your rules as instructions. This involves sending the comment text and your rule text to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate that reply.
  • To post replies to YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook on your behalf, only when you approve them (or automatically, only for rules you have explicitly set to auto-post).

We do not use your YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook data to train AI/ML models, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the ReplyzHub service.

4. Platform data & limited use

ReplyzHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the YouTube permissions necessary to read comments and post replies. We never access your videos, uploads, monetization, or account settings.

ReplyzHub's use of information received from Meta APIs (Instagram and Facebook) adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request the permissions necessary to read comments on your posts and reels and post replies. We never access your direct messages, followers list, or account settings beyond what's needed to identify your connected account.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Google authentication tokens are stored only for as long as your channel remains connected, and are used only to make the specific API calls described above.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect any connected YouTube channel, Instagram account, or Facebook Page at any time from your dashboard, which stops ReplyzHub from accessing that platform's data going forward. You can also delete your rules and pending replies at any time. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, email us at admin@replyzhub.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ReplyzHub evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
